Our Mission
Take Back the Court believes the judicial branch should serve the American people, not rule the American people. We work to inform the public about the need to reform the corrupt and anti-democracy Supreme Court.
This court was hand-picked by extremists to take away our freedoms and undermine democracy. Everything we care about — restoring the right to vote, ensuring reproductive freedom, protecting workers, halting our climate emergency, passing new progressive legislation, and more — depends on reforming the court. We will continue raising awareness and building a movement for a court that is accountable to us and a government that works for us.
