NEW PROPUBLICA REPORT REVEALS THOMAS’ VILLAIN ORIGIN STORY

(December 18, 2023) – A new ProPublica story lays out the details of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ threats to resign if the justices weren’t given a pay raise nearly a decade into his tenure. Take Back the Court released the following statement on behalf of its president, Sarah Lipton-Lubet, in response:
