Supreme Court Says No To Emergency Medical Care, Yes To Election Meddling

(January 5, 2024) – Minutes ago, the Supreme Court made two major announcements: it will consider a case that determines Donald Trump’s eligibility to appear on Colorado’s ballot in this year’s presidential election, and it will not allow people to receive abortion care in Idaho even in emergency medical situations.
